Any initial contribution must be at least $25 unless you are establishing payroll deduction. The Automatic Investment Plan(AIP) minimum for each account is $25 per month, or $75 per quarter. To establish payroll deduction, a minimum of $12 per pay period is required.

The funding method you have chosen will generate a printable deposit slip at the end of the enrollment application that must be used to complete the funding of your account.
Once you have completed your enrollment, print the deposit slip and follow the instructions provided.

Rollover of funds from an existing Qualified Tuition Program(another qualified 529 plan), withdraw assets from a Coverdell Education Savings Account or make a redemption of assets from a Qualified U.S. Savings Bond (Series EE or Series I, issued after 1989). You will need to provide appropriate documentation of the principal and earnings portions of your rollover contribution. Important: If you do not provide this documentation and you make a nonqualified withdrawal in the future, the entire amount will be considered taxable earnings. You'll be able to print out a form to send in with your check of at least $25 when you've completed this enrollment application.
The information provided below is necessary to generate a Rollover Form and a Letter of Acceptance which indicate to your present custodian that you wish to transfer your assets with them to College SAVE Plan. At the end of this process, you will be required to download, print and mail the forms to the financial institution that currently holds your assets.
